SNACK SHACK SHIFTS
Welcome to the 2022 Fall Snack Shack signups. We appreciate all the families that volunteer and help throughout every season. This league wouldn't be the community it is without all of YOU and your help!!! The Snack Shack is one of those areas that requires everyone’s help every season and this fall season only one (1) shift per child will need to be completed but of course if you love working in the snack shack we always welcome anyone that would like to work additional shifts.
PLEASE READ FULL MESSAGE for the Fall Season Snack Shack procedures.
You will need to sign up for your shift no later than 9/30/2022. We will have a teen hire roster available to you next week which will be provided to the team parents and managers. If you decide you want to opt out of your shift and pay the opt out fee, please contact [email protected]. For those parents that have not sign up by the deadline (or who signup but don’t show for their scheduled shift), we will consider your deposit a donation to cover the cost of a teen hire for any open shifts left.
Unfortunately, no cancellations will be accepted this season, if you signed up and are unable to show, please reach out to one of the teen hires to work your shift. In addition, do not sign up for your shift if it conflicts with your child's game, you will not be able to leave your shift to watch your child play.
Snack shack shifts must be fulfilled by the player’s parent/guardian, or you may hire someone to work your shift from the approved Snack Shack list of teens. Teen list is available by request and will be provided to all the team parents and managers. Age availability for positions - Front Counters and Rover: 15 + years of age, Grill, Fryer and Supervisor: 17 + years of age. Make sure to hire the appropriate aged teen for the spot you are working.
